A relaxing and welcoming space in a quiet neighbourhood with a very comfy bed to give you a restful night's sleep. All bedding and towels are 100% good quality cotton and we like big bath sheets for after a hot shower:) The guest bathroom is shared with only one other guest and is cleaned and sanitised daily. There's plenty of hot water at all times! The kitchen and living room are available if you wish to relax on the sofa or cook supper in the kitchen and I am usually around if you need me.

Located in a Victorian building dated 1888, on a quiet cul-de-sac street only 7 minutes walk from Holyrood Palace. Recently renovated, the flat boasts some of its original features, such as 19th century floorboards, exposed brick walls and a fireplace. Deliciously decorated with a taste for vintage, it features a main bedroom, a box room, open plan kitchen in shared living room and a bathroom. The space is shared with me (although I'm not often around), my girlfriend and Spark, my Labrador.
