Localizada na aldeia de Orca, a casa foi construída pelo avô da proprietária cerca de 1930 e reabilitada em 2017. Da casa original ficaram as grossas paredes de pedra e a varanda. A parte da casa a alugar é a antiga loja, onde os avós guardavam as alfaias e os produtos do campo. A casa fica no local mais vivo da aldeia: junto ao olival do Povo, com a piscina pública a 200 metros e o parque infantil em frente.
