Wyllin Cot

Wyllin Cot is a delightful 18th century fisherman's cottage, nestled in the hamlet of Glen Wyllin and is steeped in history. Glen Wyllin started out life as a mill and Wyllin means ‘mill' in Manx. The cottage was built in the 18th century and has been restored sympathetically to maintain original character with modern day luxuries. It is situated in a conservation area where there are immediate walks on your door step. You can take a lovely wooded riverside walk in Coooildarry Nature Reserve which is owned by the Manx Wildlife Trust or down to the beach and along the coast.

'Breesha's Cottage' is a recently rescued traditional Manx stone cottage. In Ballaugh Village just 50m off the famous Ballaugh Bridge on the TT circuit, with fabulous views of the hills above Sulby Glen. A beautiful spot for relaxing, walking, cycling or watching the motorsports. A local shop just 50m away and a great pub at the end of the lane . A lovely quiet sandy/pebbly beach is 2 miles away and great walks in the hills just up the lane to the glen. IOM tourism registered- 4 star.
