Ny, lys og trivelig hytte nær sjøen med nydelig utsikt. Hytten ligger bare 1,5 times kjøring fra Bergen i vakre Baldersheim. Det er også mulig å ta buss fra Bergen. Kan sende informasjon om buss ved behov. Dagligvarebutikk 1 km gange gjennom nydelig skog og landevei. Båthavn 2km unna. Svaberg som er godt egnet for bading bare få minutters gange unna. Svært gode tur muligheter. Hund er hjertelig velkommen her, men husk båndtvang. Det er sauer i området selv om det er et stykke unna hytten.
