Stay with us in beautiful Deborah Bay on our 7 acres lifestyle block. We are 64 meters up on the hill so the view is very nice. Our sleepout is a small but new, warm, well insulated 1 bedroom unit. We have the biggest, most comfortable bed ever. We offer a super king size mattress with freshly washed linen, dried by the southern wind. No kitchen in this unit, only a microwave, toaster and a fridge. Only 18 mins from Dunedin and 3 mins from Port Chalmers cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs.

For the cold days there is a powerful heating, as well as electric blankets. Linen and towels are provided. The kitchenette has all you need to prepare your meals. There is free Wifi, however no TV.
