Room 2: spacious and light single bedroom, with cathedral views. Located opposite Beverly Meadows and in walking distance of the city centre, UKC and CCCU, with free street parking. You will have access to a shared, modern bathroom (with Room 1 guest). I don't provide breakfast but vou are welcome to share the kitchen with myself and other guests and there is a complimentary tea tray in the room.
There is a seating area in the garden, where you can smoke and a friendly cat in residence.

Urban Homestead 2nd room
This isn't just a bnb but my home which I share with my Pomch, Mimi. I offer a bright Double room with oak flooring. The property is a 20 minute walk from the town centre. You are able to see a view of the cathedral only two minuets from our door.
I am blessed to have beautiful countryside only 5 mins walk away.
I do let another double room in the property so many facilities are shared.

You enter your self contained room by it's own entrance. On the right is the bedroom and straight ahead is your toilet and shower.
NO access to kitchen unless asked before hand. Washing machine can be used on request.
You may also use the garden, it has a chill area by the pond and also a gym. At the end of the garden there is a gate that leads onto a bridleway, turn right and you can walk to Canterbury, left Rome.
