Seacot Cottage in the heart of the Highlands

Built in 1920, Seacot is a comfortable, traditional cottage in the former fishing village of Clachnaharry beside the Caledonian Canal in Inverness. Our holiday home has been tastefully modernised whilst retaining many of the period features. There is a period Iron column radiator in the dining room to keep warm and an electric fireplace in the TV room. There are 3 other original fireplaces throughout the cottage. Although these are not active, they add to the character of the house.

Double room with a private en-suit bathroom for the guests. There is no kitchen use, however there is a kettle, tea, coffee and little snacks provided. The house is next to the Caledonian Canal and Ness islands which provides beautiful walks. Local woodland walks with excellent viewpoints. The house is 15 minutes walk from Inverness city centre, with many shops within 5 minutes walk (lidl, coop, aldi etc) and amenities close by. Excellent starting point to the NC500!
