(no lifts.) snowmobile, and atv trails that have direct access to state trail system. Only 2 miles to town and amenities, yet feels like wilderness. lots of wildlife, birds etc. I have even seen moose. Close to Interstate 91 and many recreation options. Close to Amtrak train station.
