Clifton Fourth Beach Villa With Pool & Uninterrupted Views

Enjoy magical beach and mountain views from this Clifton Fourth Beach Villa, mere steps from South Africa's most exclusive swimming beach. The gorgeous bungalow offers three spacious en-suite bedrooms, an outdoor shower, an open-plan living area consisting of a fully-equipped kitchen, an 8-seater dining room and a generous lounge kitted with a Smart TV loaded with DSTV Premium and Netflix. Through oversized glass stacking doors, the lounge leads out onto the picturesque deck with a gorgeous plunge pool, plenty of seating to enjoy an al fresco dinner overlooking the beach and Lion's Head. There are only a handful of these very special villa's scattered along the famous Clifton beaches. What makes this one even more unusual is the sideways view of the beach and ocean with Lion's Head completing the beautiful setting. All bedrooms are en suite and have double glazing so you will be able sleep soundly. There is underfloor heating throughout to stay cosy during more chilly winter days. Guests will have the entire property to themselves. The garage parking is a 1 min walk from the property which is great on busy days when Clifton is popular and parking is hard to find. I do not live on the property, but am nearby and you can get in touch with me at any point during your stay. If you need something fixed, want to book a tour, require an airport transfer or would just like some local tips, I'm your man! Clifton is a quaint, wind-sheltered bay on Cape Town's Atlantic Seaboard, known for its pristine beaches. Fabulously central, it's nestled between Table Mountain, Lions Head, and the turquoise Atlantic Ocean. Stroll the promenade, which stretches around the Atlantic seaboard or enjoy sun-downers on the beach with the best view in town. The My City Bus Route stops 150m from the bungalow and is a reliable and regular form of public transportation which will take you to the Waterfront, City and beyond. Uber is also very popular and readily available. The red open top "hop-on hop-off" City Sightseeing bus stops along the peninsula and is a great way to get to know and explore our city and it's surrounds. The unique thing about Clifton is the pristine beach and windless summer weather - when it's windy in Cape Town, Clifton is usually perfectly protected. Due to the water shortages we're facing, linen change will only happen once a week with housekeeping services every second day DEPENDING on the length of your stay. All included in price. Additional services will be charged at an extra cost.

The penthouse is within walking distance to the beach and has incredible mountain and sea views from its two balconies. It is Superbly positioned in a tranquil setting. The block has a fantastic and well-maintained pool and garden area and 24 hours security so its very safe and secure. Please note that this is strictly a non smoking block. This apartment has a back up power source to combat load shedding.
