Due to COVID-19 check in will be an extra hour and check out will be less an hour. This is to allow for the extra cleaning and sanitation, it is in the interest of keeping my guests & myself safe. This 250 year old stone cottage is tucked away at the archway entrance to the Cloverhill Estate. The cottage is surrounded by gardens and woodland. It is a lovely quaint and rustic lodge/cottage and is full of charm. There is private parking provided both front & rear of the property.

This cosy apartment is a short walk from ballyhaise village and 6km from cavan town. There is a regular bus into cavan town. It is a perfect place to stay when exploring tourist attractions in the Midlands or going to a wedding in one of Cavans hotels or just for a quiet break The self contained apartment is fully stocked with all kitchen essentials needed for a self-catering break. The hosts are happy to answer any questions you have about the apartment or the local area.

My home is comfortable and welcoming. Situated on the banks of the river Erne, it is a peaceful and tranquil place to unwind. The N3 is 1 km away and the local town Belturbet is 3km drive or 2km to walk too. Cavan is 16km, Enniskillen about 30km. There are many wonderful places to explore nearby. All my rooms are ensuite. Breakfast can be ordered in advance and will cost €10 for a full breakfast. I look forward to welcoming all my guests.
