The Fall Migration has begun!
The Metropolitan Nature Park, a 573 acre (282 hectares) woodland is one the few protected areas inside a major city in Latin America. It boasts an interesting avifauna, with more than 250+ species of birds, that is worth exploring. Its trails system offer you a good opportunity to experience Panama rainforest.
Your Guide will be looking for Toucans, Parrots, Flycatchers, Trogons, Hawks, Tanagers, and any other wildlife that might be present, he'll provide you with an array of tips and recommendations on how to get started in the world of Birdwatching. Come and learn with us!
