The horse riding routes are specially chosen to take you around the heart of a preserved nature environment through olive groves, natural springs , grapevines and also a traditional church which dates back to 1800’s! Join our outdoor trip in North Corfu landscape, on our private apiary where you will get to know in close, the fascinating world and society of honeybees. We will talk in theory about beekeeping and also open hives taken all the safety measures. You will see in person how do honeybees behave, what are their everyday tasks according to their age and the needs of their hive and you will also learn about their vital importance in fruit and vegetables production among others. By the end of this short seminar, you will get to tell the difference between the queen, the drone and the worker bee as well as understand their value in the ecosystem. We will also talk about the products that honeybees produce, their significance of them on human health and the role of honeybees in the global economy and food production. Finally you will enjoy a tasting of local honey, pollen and propolis extract from our hives along with traditional Greek coffee.

Dr. Kavvadia's organic farm is open for visits, tours and tastings. Walk through the olive grove and see the vegetable garden, our chicken coop, visit the old olive press and our olive oil storage, and see how a sustainable farm works. Learn how olive oil is made and have an olive oil tasting session with vegetables from our garden.

Once you have arrived at our location, you will be lead through our mountain side grounds overlooking the sea to your dining area, surrounded by ancient olive trees. Here, we will leave you to enjoy local wine and a wide selection of mezze prepared by ourselves, using recipes passed down through the generations. Our desserts are pretty amazing too. The majority of the ingredients we use, such as extra virgin olive oil, fresh vegetables, fruits that are produced by us in our organic garden. we will meet at the meeting point after we will go to the take off with our van and after a small briefing we will be in the air its simple and safe.after we land back at the take off or at the beach it depends on the wind how strong it is. Other things to note paragliding is depending on the weather conditions and we want to have a safe flight always.. i would like to know how many days you will be for holidays to plan the best day for paragliding.(if the weather is not good for paragliding at the current day we will reschedule the next day or before the booking)..paragliding is very dependant on the weather conditions and you have to be flexible on time.. i dont recomend to book a paragliding flight on the departure day or a day before. (transfer from your hotel is avaliable on request and is extra charge)

We will start our experience by giving you a basic information for the olive oil and its place of origins, where you will served a welcome meze, homemade by my mother . Then we will move to my family olive museum's area when i will explain you, my family's olive oil history and also you will learn the old fashioned way of making olive oil, after that we shall pass into the modern olive mill facility and you will learn the way of the production, showing our awards and all of family's achievements. At the end we will have an olive oil tasting where i will teach you all about olive oil, myths and truths, benefits and tips how to taste and make the best choice of buying olive oil Other things to note If you are vegan or vegetarian, please inform me If you have any allergies in foods, please let me know

Tauche ein in ein 5000 Jahre altes Handwerk. Mach mit bei unseren Exkursionen ins Goldschmiedehandwerk. Schon nach 2 Stunden kannst du dir mit unsere Anleitung ein Schmuckstück und ein Souvenir der besonderen Art herstellen. Dabei nutzen wir die Sandgusstechnik und formen Fundstücke aus der Natur, vom Strand oder Meer ab. Diese Fundstücke zu finden ist der 1. Schritt bei dem wir dir auch gerne helfen. Auch komplizierte Schmuckstücke kannst du verwirklichen, benötigen dann jedoch auch mehr Zeit. Mitmachen kann jeder ab 6 Jahren oder auch Eltern mit Kindern unter 6 Jahren. So wird es zu einem Familien Event. Besonders schön ist es, wenn alter Schmuck, Familienerbstücke oder Schmuck der defekt ist mit verwendet wird. Edelmetalle lassen sich beliebig oft wieder einschmelzen. So wird dieser wieder zu einem neuen getragenen Schmuckstück. Falls du mit deiner oder deinem Liebsten auf der Suche nach den Ringen fürs Leben bist, bieten wir dir an diese mit uns zusammen zu verwirklichen. Die entstehenden Kosten für von uns verwendeten Edelmetallen sind in der Seminargebühr nicht enthalten und sind am Ende des Seminars vor Ort zu begleichen.

We will go on a relaxed walk in one of the most beautiful natural forests of Corfu, the forest of Erimitis. We will walk on very defined and easy paths and stray into the forest where the high canopy will shield us from the hot sunny rays. We will chose and go to one (or more) of the many beaches surrounding this forest, where we will swim and relax throughout most of the day. There are some interesting rock formations that house many dozens of fish, some species of corals and sponges, so bring your snorkelling gear! There are three wetlands in this forest, two of which we will visit and discuss their importance and why we should protect them. We will meet at the restaurant Eucalyptus at the beach of Agios Stefanos Sinion. I am doing this activity on my free time this summer, once a week and it is as much a lovely relaxing experience for me as I hope it is for you. What I offer is more of a walk in the forest and not a hike. It is the experience of how we locals go to our secluded little beaches for our Sunday day off. By the way, if you are looking to do a more active hiking activity during your stay, let me know, as many friends of mine do hikes from Nisaki to Kassiopi that pass from Erimitis.

We will meet at 08:30 at the entrance of the road to Mirtiotissa. After we introduce ourselves and a short briefing we will start the hiking. The route is of wild natural beauty. It is a round trip, of moderate difficulty and the walking time only is about 3 hours. Initially, we will pass through the nearby village and we will head to the top of the mountain, passing through forest and olive groves. Upon reaching the top of the mountain we will see an abandoned 12th century monastery. There, we will make a stop for lunch, rest and photos. The view is breathtaking so the photos will definitely be unique. From the top we will start dedcending until we reach the isolated beach of the fishermen. Then, we will head towards the naturist beach with an opportunity for a refrashing swim. Leaving the beach we will start the uphill walk until we reach the starting point.

The trip starts from the beautiful beach Mikros Gialos , we paddling near the coast in south east direction. We have the chance to observe the amazing geological formations and learn information, from the guides, about the geological phenomena and the interesting history of the area. The final destination of our trip is the spectacular Blue Cave with the hidden entrance. However, until we reach our final destination, we will make many stops on remote beaches for swimming and snorkeling, and we will be given the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful seabed full of big red starfish. On our way back, we will visit another small cave, which offers shelter to small seals during the winter months. A truly amazing sea route for everyone who wants to enjoy the sun, the unique experience of sea kayak and the beautiful Ionian Sea.
