Pick up the beach chairs and umbrellas for a day by the waves, then chill by the decorative tiled fireplace. Plenty of street parking available. Additional pet fee of $250 per month charged after check in. Full month rentals only. Please book from the 1st to the 1st when possible, not mid month unless discussed with owner prior to booking. Romantic couple getaway, convention attendees, military, and business travelers. Laundry facilities are located downstairs just below the unit. I live full town in Coronado and not far away from the unit. Please feel free to call anytime. This unit is located in a quiet, safe spot at the rear of the property, located along the Avenue of Heroes honoring military service. It's very easy to walk, bike, drive and grab an Uber to get around. Biking is the funnest way to get around but is very easy to walk, drive or Uber to your destination. Parking is available in front of the unit but we prefer our guests to park around the corner on either H or I street. The street is wider and less crowded.
