Garden Cottage is a small and cosy self-contained studio-style cottage, located on the North Devon/Cornwall border. It is adjacent to a Nature Reserve and within walking distance of a lovely unspoilt rural beach and a village pub. It’s an ideal place for a couple or single person from which to explore this stunning Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. **We're having roof work done on the main house. It doesn't directly affect Garden Cottage, but there may be some noise during working hours.**

Pretty cottage in a quiet hamlet

Preachers cottage is a 300 year old stone cottage recently fully renovated with a modern kitchen extension and large sitting room as well as the cosy lounge. This is our home and only property. We Airbnb the annex all year around and during the summer we pack away our personal possessions and let the whole place for 6 weeks to allow us to travel in our van. I hope you will feel that it’s a home rather than a holiday house and love it as much as we do.
