Thirty easy min from Fairbanks Airport. Ten min from North Pole and Santa Clause house. Five min from Eielson AFB. N-Lights viewing 16 min to Chena Lakes or Moose Creek bluff 9 min. The studio is located above the shop and the private bath is located downstairs within the shop/garage for guest use.
