2) Cook three types of Dosa. You are free to do as much or as little as you are comfortable during the session.
3) Eat some Dosa. Paired with traditional accompaniments

Along the way we will trade stories, discuss the local food and beverages scene and enjoy a nourishing meal with local craft beer.

This is my second Airbnb experience, focussed on the art and science of Dosa - the Indian crepe. I’ve been immersed in dosa making for over 30 years, cooking at home for friends and family. Like most types of crepes the Dosa is very versatile and and I look forward to introducing you to its many variations. This experience is an introduction, to get you curious, connected and motivated to try it at home. It is easy to participate in and can be cooked in most home kitchens around the world.

Awesome experience. Julian was friendly and welcoming, and knew a ton about dosa. I really liked getting the opportunity to make my dosas as well as learn about their history. I highly recommend this experience.

Julian and the dosa class were wonderful. I was the only one to sign up for that day and he still held the class which was therefore super hands-on and informative. I learned a lot from him and his friend who was there to help. Great class and great value!

Must do experience if you love South Indian food, especially dosas. Learned to prep and cook a variety of dosas and had the opportunity to try each of these myself. Had a great lunch after which Julian offered to revisit any of the dosa styles I’d learned to make sure I felt confident doing this on my own and to answer any questions. Really great experience which I’d recommend for new and seasoned cooks alike.
