We will meet at the restaurant, the chef will be waiting for us for the cooking lesson. After sanitizing our hands we will get our aprons on and introductions with the chef will start.

Prosecco will be offered while the chef will introduce the Italian cusine, the chef will introduce everyone to kitchen safety guidelines and the use of cooking utensils.

It will then be time to cook! We will start with the preparation of the classical Tiramisù. During the preparation of the desert cooking lore and local stories will be shared with everyone.

Once done with the desert the Bruschetta will be prepared according to the Umbrian traditional recipe this way our meal will have a fresh and easy starter.

Now it is time for the pasta hands on moment ! The chef will teach you how to make our local traditionaltypes of fresh pasta, the Strangozzi or the Tagliatelle.

Our traditional pasta sauces, the classical Umbrian Ragù and the Putanesca will be taught and prepared together after the pasta making so that later everything is ready for when we will sit down and eat !

It is time to eat ! Our meal will be served on traditional Umbrian ceramics and we will enjoy our meal eating on hand painted ceramic tables, local red wine (Montefalco) or white wine (Grechetto) will be served.

At the end of the meal a recipe brochure and a ceramics gift will be offered to celebrate the experience.

The restaurant presents a welcoming atmosphere finely decorated with hand painted Umbrian ceramics, the tables are hand painted ceramic tables.
