Do you enjoy sporty yoga and yoga flows in nature? Are you looking for some exercise during your vacation, but also want to relax? Then come to my Outdoor Power Vinyasa yoga class!

WHAT IS POWER VINYASA YOGA?
I teach Power Vinyasa Yoga. This form of yoga combines Ashtanga yoga, a form of yoga that challenges the body in a sporty way, with elements from Hatha yoga, which brings deeper stretching and relaxation with it. Vinyasa elements give you a pleasant flow.

HOW LONG DOES THE YOGA LESSON GO?
The yoga class lasts 75 minutes and is suitable for all yoga lovers, that enjoy yoga outside.

DO I NEED TO HAVE PRIOR KNOWLEDGE?
All yoga levels are welcome - from beginners to experienced yogis! I customize the asanas for advanced and beginners.

WHERE DO WE MEET?
We'll meet at the fountain, Professor-Huber-Platz, on the side of the English Garden (near the Metro Station „Universität“). From there we walk together to the English Garden to practice on the meadow.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
I will provide you with abbogst mat. Please bring some water and a cozy sweater for Shavasana, the end relaxation.

I am Lulu. I have been practicing yoga myself for 8 years and finished my yoga teacher training for Ashtanga in Mysore (India) at the beginning of 2019. Now I am teaching yoga outdoors in summer time for groups and individuals. In winter time I am teaching indoors in a yoga studio and in several Munich gyms. The yoga session will take place outdoors at the English garden close to the Eisbach river - the best area to enjoy nature and to relax. We are meeting at the fountain Professor-Huber-Platz close to the English garden and then walk together to the spot.
