Interval training on the sand - the ultimate training ground! Join us for a fun, upbeat, challenging workout at the most beautiful open-air gym you will find on Miami Beach!! Music - Ocean views - Great People - High Energy -Fun Movement Variety - Body Weight - Cardio - Plyo - Stability - Strength
The sand adds a difficulty factor that will challenge you and also add a lot of fun to moves like jumping jacks, burpees, squats, sprints, lunges and more. All movements can be done to a high intensity or without impact to accommodate any fitness level, age and ability. Don't be intimidated - you can do these workouts to YOUR comfort level. Classes change every day so come often! All Classes are free to attend but donations are appreciated and can be cash or sent via venmo.

Love the fact that I was challenged working on cardio even tho I strength train and superset everything in the gym. It was very intense and nothing to make you feel you could chill and coast. Had me active and moving. Best part her motivating work out is all donation based so there no obligation to a great work out.
