During this 60-90 minute session we will dig a little deeper into what causes your anxiety or overwhelm, discuss what hypnosis is (and isn't), and then I will guide you through a relaxing hypnotic induction, taking you deeper inside your own mind, where we can use mental imagary, as well as direct and metaphorical, hypnotic suggestions to reprogramme your hardwired thoughts, habits, and patterns, changing your perception of the external environment, empowering you to cope better with situations that arise in the future.

You will leave the session feeling positive and ready to cope with life, carrying 'post-hypnotic suggestions' away with you, which will work away in the background keeping you level-headed and in control. I will also send you away with some material that you can refer back to if life gets tough again in the future, including detailed coping strategies, recommended reading, and an audio recording of a relaxation hypnotherapy session which you can listen to as often as you like to calm the mind and regain control.
