We'll start by saying hello to Hachi, the world-famous bronze dog statue. Then we'll cross the hot spot of the Shibuya Scramble Crossing. We'll walk to Yoyogi Park, where you will see one of the 2020 Olympic and Paralympic fields, and we'll do some stretching exercises. Take a deep breath and your body will be very refreshed. It will be welcome if you don’t do any exercise or sports. Just relax your body for your health, and get energy from your inner parts. Then we'll take a break, and go to Meiji Shrine just next door. It's one of the places listed in the Michelin Guide. Meiji Shrine is known as the most crowded shrine in Japan at New Year’s. People make wishes and affirmations at the shrine. Meiji Shrine is also a famous power spot in Tokyo. I will let you know about Japanese style affirmations. This is the experience I'll give to you. You can enjoy traveling in Tokyo with a refreshed body and soul. I also know some good places to have lunch nearby, if you ask me—a picturesque healthy cafe, a popular ramen shop, and so on.

This experience does not include food or drinks. Stretching exercises in the park will not be held in bad weather conditions.

Fuji, Hachi the dog, and the Scramble Crossing are three things you must see when you come to Japan. Meiji Shrine is close to Harajuku, an area for young people, and the high fashion area of Omotesando.
