I am a double Olympian, transition and mindset coach, and personal trainer. Through motivational talk and fun fitness sessions I’ll help you unlock a champion mindset, covering topics such as building resilience, imposter syndrome, transition phases, overcoming adversity, and detaching the stigma. I’ll answer questions about my journey through elite sport and what life now looks like “beyond the track”.

Other topics can include: find your voice and use it, public speaking and effective communication, female-centric talk; champion mindset, and self-mastery skills. Fitness sessions can include body weight functional fitness exercises such as dance fit circuits, chair yoga, and mediation.

Having recently retired from a 20-year career in track and field, I now enjoy supporting others through their wellness journey. Coming from a professional sports background, this is a subject I place huge importance on. The pandemic has shown the importance of self-awareness, mindfulness, and movement in order to maintain and lead a balanced and healthy lifestyle. I have prepared some tools specifically to support those anxious or uncertain about adapting to the new normal or generally lacking in confidence.
