During our 2-hour fitness experience (75 min on water), have an invigorating ride with time to reflect, and get away from the hustle & bustle of SF and explore our amazing Bay waters.

NOTE: To keep our classes affordable we have a minimum group size of 2 (two) riders. If you want to go solo please purchase two spots!

Waterbiking is great for groups, great for teams, and for team-building events. We can customize an adventure for your company, birthday, bachelor/ette party, ect.

Yes, that’s right bikes that float! The bikes are super safe, fast and you will stay warm and dry during your 60 minute scenic waterbased workout/ride.

Intro to Waterbikes (30 mins),
• We will get you familiar with the waterbikes, how they work.
• We will show you some quick safety tips
• Then get out onto the water to enjoy the splendor of the morning around San Francisco’s famous waterfront.

Setting out from South Beach Harbor at Pier 40 /Gate 4 at we will ride out to see the San Francisco Skyline and the San Franciso Bay Bridge, I’ll take some awesome pics and video of you to share with your fam or followers.

We will be moving at casual pace of 3 to 6 mph, the top speed is determined on the conditions, currents and your group’s fitness level.

Lastly, we will end our class with a cool down, exchange pics and contact info giving you plenty of time to enjoy other activities

Meet Damien, he is the founder of SpinOut Fitness. He loves the water​ and has always gravitated​ toward its healing energy, awesome beauty and power.

Coming from an adventurous, worldly, loyal, hardworking family of airforce sargents​​, naval officers, commercial fisherman, award-winning racing yachtsman, and career nurses.

Damien is also well certified: as a personal train​er, group fitness instructor, swimmer, lifeguard​​, awarded boy-scout, creative photographer and inventive entrepreneur.

Damien is committed to keep Waterbiking a full time profession through this pandemic. Details are important; studying​ of water patterns, planning ahead, to choosing the best equipment has allowed him to safely and passionately lead over 3000 waterbike experiences over the past 4 years. He does it so you can have the ride of your life!

We will meet at South Beach Harbor at Pier 40 Then start our ride with; Macovy Cove (Oracle Park aka SF Giants Stadium) Next, we will float casually north along the Embarcadero past South Beach Harbor to see SF Bay Bridge, Cupid’s Bow, Treasure Island, and the ever changing San Francisco Skyline!

Incredible views of downtown San Francisco, got a work out but it was totally tailored to our abilities, most of all it was great meeting Damien who was part guide, part fitness instructor, part photographer, full time DJ. He loves his job and it was great spending the afternoon with him!

Very unique experience. Enjoyed being on the water and getting a work out. Damien was very accommodating and i appreciated him sharing his journey of how he got his business started. The best part about this experience is that just about anyone can participate - don’t need to know how to swim or even ride a bike

Damien was a perfect host and group leader for this incredible water bike experience. I've lived in San Francisco for over 10 years and thanks to Damien I've discovered new views of our beautiful city that I've never seen before. I definitely recommend this Experience whether you've lived in San Francsico for years or are just visiting, it's highly recommended.

This was such an magical experience! I highly recommend it to everyone. Damien was a fantastic guide and we even saw some little dolphins (!!!) in the Bay. I can't wait to take more friends and family.

I've been wanting to do this water bike for a while, and in many ways it was like riding a regularbike, but on water! The views are trully spectacular!

I did this experience with my mom and sister and we had such a blast!! It was gorgeous out on the water. The waterbikes were really fun. Damien is an excellent host. Will be coming back when more family comes to visit!
