We start the trip with an introduction to the equipment and a lesson on safety and paddling basics, but the tour focus on the beauty surrounding us, and not your paddleboarding technique.
So, feel free to stand, kneel or sit - as long as you enjoy yourself.
Once we are all comfortable we will set off on our journey to explore the magnificent towns with their ancient villas and castles, paddling on the mirror waters of Lake Garda.
We’ll connect with the water and nature’s sound with an easy sup yoga practice suitable for everybody, playing with balance and having fun.
