This trail is about 2.5 miles out & back/roundtrip. We start/end at the trailhead parking lot (with restrooms).

I grew up right here in the Carolinas and have completed over 500 hours of yoga training at an ashram in India and at Asheville Yoga Center. I started leading yoga hikes in the Appalachian Mountains in 2017 after volunteering and traveling around the world and hiking parts of the Himalayas, the Alps and the Andes.

My friends and I are a collective of fun, friendly & experienced Asheville area yoga teachers who are excited to share with you our favorite waterfall, yoga and meditation as well as information about the history, plants, animals and things to do in the area. Absolutely phenomenal experience that my wife and I will cherish for the rest of our lives. Our guide Brandon was a delight with her knowledge, energy and interpersonal interaction. The hike, meditation, and yoga were all equally pleasant. The time of day and length of the event were perfect. This experience is transformative if you allow yourself to simply flow with the environment and well guided experience. Great value for an experience that I highly recommend and would do again.

This yoga waterfall hike was so much fun and inspiring. Our guide Brandon was super nice and did a great yoga session. The hike wasn't too hard but not too easy either. And the waterfall was so peaceful and beautiful. So nice to be in nature and close to God. I would highly recommend this experience!

Highly highly recommend this experience! Our guide Ceiara was amazing and the hike was beautiful. The yoga was the highlight for sure - we all felt so calm and centered afterward. The perfect way to spend a morning in the woods!

This experience was all around amazing. From the location of the hike, meditating by the waterfall (so healing) and yoga in a forest spot where we still hear the waterfall and took in the renewal energy of the trees. Our guide, Jennifer, was knowledgeable of the area, the landscape environment, and led a wonderful yoga flow. Highly recommend this experience.
