After a welcome Aperitivo and a little tour in the Castle and in the garden looking for some herbs we are ready to learn how to cook an entire Piedmontese meal :Antipasti, pasta dishes and souce, and desert. The menu can change depends by you taste and the seasonal ingredients! We can do tajarin or gnocchi, learn how to cook a perfect ragù souce and end with a traditional desert. After two hours classes you'll enjoy the lunch cooked together in our beautiful garden or in the old fashion dining rooms. Enjoy the lunch with a glass of wine from our cellar. At the end of your experience I will give to you all the recipes for thanks you to be part of my kitchen for one day!

The village of Verduno enjoys a splendid geographical location, and from the rooms of the Castle it is possible to admire the magnificent landscape of the Langhe, the Roero and the Alps. Since 1953 the 18th-century Castle has housed the hotel and restaurant. The restaurant is situated on the ground floor and looks onto the lush gardens that surround the castle.

Really great experience. A workshop in a real restaurant kitchen in wonderful castello, by a top class chef and her co-worker. And the lunch that was the result, enjoyed in the castle's garden, was delicious.

If you are going to be in the area, please immerse yourself in this experience. Alessandra is a world renown chef and we were invited into her kitchen which is located in the family’s castle. The food which we prepared was the best of any we have ever had in the Piedmontese area. This was a hands on experience, and her special guest was Toshio Tonahashi from Japan, joined our group, to give you and idea of who Allessandra hangs with....a couple months ago Alice Waters dropped by to cook together. All by way of saying , please take advantage of once in a lifetime experience. Alessandra is magical.

Great setting to learn how to cook some authentic Italian dishes with local ingredients. Alessandra def taught us some techniques I had never heard of before. Fun class and beautiful location to make and eat delicious food.

Really cool experience! Alessandra knows what she’s doing, she teaches gastronomic science at a university. Her family has been in that Castle for 5 generations! The Garden our back is really cool. After you make a dish you can go out there and eat it. She helped pair our dishes with wine too! I would 100% recommended this to a friend.
