We create a comfortable nest on the floor to lie down. This allows you to deeply relax. We engage in dialogue for about 10 minutes so we can understand where you are and what you would like to receive from the session. I will teach you the conscious connected breathing technique then we play a music compilation for approximately 20-25 minutes while we breathe. We follow with 10 minutes of relaxation and integration.

Each session is unique and experiences can be different for each individual or from one Breathwork session to the next. You may experience the following, but your experience is not limited to the following benefits:

I am the founder of A Breath of Wellness - a private practice dedicated to Integrative Breathwork Therapy. My own practice began in 2008, and over 10 years later I have explored, experienced and found a way that heals using the wisdoms with the mindbody intelligence.
