Street workout is the name given to physical activity outside in parks or public places. It originated in ancient Greece, but has become a popular movement all over the world today. It's a combination of athletics, calisthenics and sports. It is a modern name for bodyweight training in parks.

We meet at Marathi Lake, where we find many opportunities for an intense outdoor workout. It is a Functional Training Bootcamp Session with a creative mix of bodyweight, HIIT and cardio elements. You will sweat!
The workout time is 1 hour.

My name is Reto and I'm a certified Fitness and Pilates Trainer. I do also Hiking and Biking Tours in Paros and Mykonos. I am looking forward to welcome you on my Workout Terrace in Mykonos and guide you through a creative workout session in a unique atmosphere on the dam and around Marathi Lake.

You can reach Marathi by bike/car or taxi (10 min driving from Chora).

I don't have much experience with yoga/pilates, but i am reasonably fit. I had a great experience. Reto-Dumeng was very open to adapting the workout and stretches based on my abilities, and collected feedback throughout, so he could push me effectively ;) I learned a little about pilates and where my weaknesses are, he gave advice on what i can do everyday to improve. I even got some super nice sunset photos taken of me in the beautiful location we went to. A little muscle pain the next day felt great! Thanks so much!

This was a fun experience. We were brought to a scenic location and had a nice class with mix pilates and body weight exercises. He was very friendly and welcoming, we had a great time.

Even better than I expected. Reto communicated well before the appointment, and made things convenient for me by arranging a nearby pick-up. It was a scenic, easy drive to the site—a place I would have never discovered on my own. He’s professional, personable, knowledgeable, and he really challenged me; but it was also the perfect length of session to not be overwhelming. I learned a lot. He has great energy and offers a great experience.
