In this 2 hour session you will learn about reiki principles and how to give yourself a self-treatment.

You will leave with an introduction to first aid reiki and a de-stress and sleep self-treatment.

I have been showing people how to quiet their minds, relieve pain, increase sleep and help remove stress in their lives through the use of reiki. I am a reiki master and have been practicing the ancient Japanese healing art for 29 years.

I'm passionate about sharing reiki with others because I know it is a benefit and can contribute significantly to the overall health of most who experience it. I host 2 hour micro workshops to individuals and groups.

We will have our reiki workshop in my home, where there is space to teach up to 8 students. The house is a typical 1930's smelter family home located near the Columbia River and the walking bridge in East Trail.
