1. We will begin the experience with a briefing and an Interview at the meet up location. There I will also perform comprehensive functional assessment.

2. Next I will guide us to perform mobility drills, as I explain the program in more detail.

3. After I establish the focus of the program, we will begin the sequence, also routinely hydrating and reassessing.

4. At the duration of the sequence, we will cool down and then close the experience , with refreshments and nutritional resources that I will also provide.

5. Guest are encouraged to bring smartphone to record a video of their experience. I am also willing to use my iPhone XS to record your experience if you’d like :) I can Air Drop if you’re an iOS user!

This experience is intended to energize, opposed to exhaustion. This program promotes mental and physical wellbeing and is informative.

My program provides the ultimate recovery solution, for the harsh after-effects of partying!

Reginald is a U.S. Army Veteran, who served in Afghanistan, during OEF-13 (2012) and OEF-14 (2013). During OEF-13, during his Brigade’s Army Fitness Test, Reginald ran 2 Miles in under 13 minutes, all while enduring the blistering heat and mile high altitude of Afghanistan!

That moment was the spark that ignited his passion for fitness and exercise science! Reginald enrolled into the University of Miami in 2015. He is now educated in Kinesiology/Sports Medicine, and specializes in Athletic Coaching. Army Physical Fitness Training, Yoga and Corrective Training are all incorporated within each of his guest’s experiences making for a valuable session with a variety of benefits, that will address many aspects of fitness!

The experience was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and skilled. He was patient with me while still pushing me to do better. I would highly recommend this!!! Don’t let the title scare ya. It’s a well balance of movements. And the location is amazing. I choose the 7am session to get the sun coming up. Breathtaking. Definitely a highlight of my trip.

Seriously this is an activity that you HAVE to try! Besides the scene already being perfect, where you’re in a setting of peace and tranquility where the wind is hitting your face and the sun is rising above you (and you’re not in 4 wall enclosed gym) the way Reginald Thomas gives you all this information for you to grasp is AMAZING because he’s very detail oriented and everything he does he makes you feel 100% comfortable and at the end of the session you just feel ready to conquer the world, so all in all this is an experience you can’t find anywhere else because the way he carries himself is like none other!
