The Brewing Specialty Coffee of Vietnam will start with an introduction to the History of Coffee. From the first day Specialty coffee Farm in Vietnam was born and The day I gave birth this Coffee lab for a better life start.

A specialty cups of coffee is the result of 3 characters: the Farmer, the roaster, and the Barista.

The farmer. We will have a glimpse of the coffee journey from beans to cups (i.e. Coffee belt, the coffee seeds, tree, fruit, and the process).

The roaster. The importance and impact 'roasting' has on the quality of the coffee and what differentiate specialty coffee.

The Barista. I will introduce different coffee beans from different regions and Roasting skills and different methods of brewing using different coffee tools (i.e. Melita Pour over, Aeropress, Vietnames filter or Espresso )

The event will start 5-10 minutes after the indications. Water and fruits be provided.
When booking, please mention any caffeine intolerance level so you will get Alternative drink without caffeine

We will conduct our Specialty coffee workshop pretty in the warm - Peaceful place in bustle city saigon with all passion and love with owner’s hands painting on the wall, Lovely coffee brewing tools and amazjng coffee taste : Aroma, Body and Sweetness indoors.
Where guest will enjoy not only cups of the day but also find a peaceful corner in Saigon.
The Founder Viet Bui also passionated to share Barista class and Farm trip to Da Lat Monthly.

Viet is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about coffee, and we learned so much from him regarding coffee farming, harvesting, roasting, grinding and brewing even if we haven't gone to his farm in Dalat. He is attentive to every detail that could affect the flavor, and he patiently explains why he chooses to do things a specific way -- such as why he uses one brand of filter over another, or how the space of a few hours can affect the acidity and aftertaste of freshly brewed beans. The class is extremely useful to people with an intermediate knowledge of coffee as Viet goes straight to demonstrating the differences in flavor that are achieved with different brewing methods. Beginners who are looking to get serious about coffee will also enjoy as long as you ask questions. When we told Viet we don't have most of his equipment at home, he demonstrated a better way of brewing with the items that we had. There was no shortage of excellent coffee throughout the class, and the cold brew and latte were my favorites. We are brewing better coffee at home now with beans we roasted ourselves and I couldn't recommend this class enough!

It was a lovely and cosy shop and Viet was warm and friendly. You can see that he looks after his team well and also is passionate. We enjoyed ourselves and we learnt more about the process from roasting to brewing. Thanks so much Viet!
