This group coaching experience will have a maximum of 3 guests and is a guided process to define your ideal life and develop a strategy to work towards it. Through a series of exercises and powerful questions, I’ll empower you to leave the session with focus, drive & clarity.

Group coaching does not require you to share any personal details or stories, although you are welcome to do so. Through group coaching, you may find a great accountability partner or someone who shares similar goals to yourself.

Coaching is built around future thinking, the framework is driven by positive reframing and is action-based. After defining your ideal life, we'll look at the actionable areas you could implement right away - immediately following the session. My aim is to give you the coaching tools which you can use right away.

+ This experience will last upto 3 hours, including lunch.
+ The session will be independent from any coaching experience you have had before.
+ This is a group coaching experience, with a maximum of 3 people per session.

I'm a fellow of the Institute of Coaching (IOC) based at Harvard Medical School with over 3000 accredited coaching hours, a Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), an author of a personal development book and thought leader for media publications on the topics of personal development and growth.

My academic interests led me to continue professional and executive education in Applied Psychology & Coaching at Stanford University. This passion has led me to develop a coaching practice, working with individuals and teams to maximise their potential and impact.

Before coaching, I led the growth and transformation of a number of technology companies and worked on a diverse range of projects through top tier and boutique consulting firms in the UK, US and Australia.
