From the meeting point we walk steep but slowly Rigi-upwards. Good condition and walking, or trekking shoes are necessary. You will learn medicinal and culinary uses of many of the plants we will find on the way. We walk through small forests and meadows you can always enjoy the beautiful view of the lake Vierwaldstättersee and the mountain Pilatus. After our descent if time Permits you will enjoy a break on the Haldihof and have a café with cake or a glass of cider.
Other things to note
The bus ticket as well as the consumption at the Haldihof are charged to the participants.

For almost 30 years I have been dealing with natural medicine according to traditional Chinese medicine. I like to hike in nature and collect various medicinal herbs from which I prepare tea and healing essences. I have already given workshops for international guests of large pharmaceutical companies. As a local I also like to give holidaymakers and guest the opportunity to bring our nature closer. Avoid the crowd and get the attention to discover by walking the spectacular sights of the mountain Pilatus and Lake Lucerne with the beautiful surroundings. At the foot of the mountain Rigi you will learn a lot about different medicinal plants and her nature.

A wonderful morning! Eliane was welcoming and engaging and has a lot of knowledge of medicinal herbs. The length and pace of the hike were exactly right for me and I enjoyed the coffee stop at the end. We hiked in gorgeous surroundings and I enjoyed every minute.
