Tea&coffee available in your own private room as well as some leaflets to give you ideas for days out. Breakfast will be available in the shared kitchen- white or brown toast, range of cereals&muesli and tea/coffee. All shared spaces will be cleaned daily and wipes&hand sanitiser will be available for you to use if you wish. All dishes will be cleaned in the dishwasher as your safety is paramount.
Little Ash Tree CottageA newly converted 1890s sandstone barn. Guests have the entire place and private access. Situated close to J42 of the M6, a perfect stop off on long journeys or exploring the North Lakes, Hadrian's wall, the Scottish borders or the historic city of Carlisle. The space consists of a bedroom/living space with bed, sofa, TV, WiFi, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Tea, coffee, bread, cereal and jam are provided. There is a separate contemporary bathroom with power shower, WC and basin.
