The in-law apartment is close to I-95 and Rt 1 with lovely views of an old farm. There is a separate entrance. The kitchenette has a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes and other essentials. We are minutes from the Shoreline East Train Station, which gives easy access to New Haven, home of Yale University and some of the best pizza in the country, NYC and Boston. Also close by are the historic Guilford Green, surrounded by unique shops, hiking trails and beaches.
