Self-contained unit with own bathroom (shower) and kitchenette. Quiet neighborhood; open space trail access. By car; moments from Boulder, less than an hour to Denver, 1-3 hours to the mountains, depending on destination. MUCH ROOMIER than guests have expected! Also, many people have enjoyed some of the extras like little chocolates, breakfast stuff, etc. It will need to be arranged to see how many beds are available at any given time. Perfect for one or two, but can easily take a few more.
