Kutheni ndifumana iMagazini Yakwa-Airbnb yaye ndingazilungelelanisa njani isubscription?

Airbnb Magazine has been paused indefinitely, but you can still read our past issues online

Starting in January 2019, we’re aiming to send all hosts in the US (with a valid listing address) and a limited number of guests a free one-year subscription to Airbnb Magazine. Hosts with multiple listings in the US will be sent a free subscription at each of their listing addresses. This one-year subscription is completely on us—no credit card will ever be charged and no bill will ever be sent for the magazines. And if we renew your subscription for you, rest assured, you won’t be charged for the renewal. This is our way of saying thank you for being part of our community.

For those who are not part of this benefit, or if you’d like to receive more than one copy, Airbnb Magazine is available to buy on newsstands for $5.99 US per issue or you can buy a subscription online. If you host or live outside of the US, additional international shipping rates will apply.

Managing your subscription or opting out

You can opt out of this benefit at any time. To opt out, or manage your subscription, log in online at Airbnb Magazine’s customer service page. Use the account number found on your mailing label to log in to your magazine subscription account. If you don’t have your account number, you can also log in using the name and address that you use with your Airbnb listing.

Once you’re logged in, you can cancel your subscription or update your mailing address. If you’re a host with multiple listings, and you’re receiving more magazines than you’d like, you can just cancel the subscriptions you don’t want to receive–each subscription has a unique account number.

You can also contact Airbnb Magazine’s customer service via email at subscriptions@airbnbmag.com. Please include your account number or the full name and address of the subscription you’d like to change in your message.

If you’re a US host and you aren’t receiving the magazine, confirm that your listing address is correct. If you recently became a host, it may take up to 6-8 weeks to receive your first issue. Also allow up to 6-8 weeks for any updates to your subscription.

Updating your name

If the name in your Airbnb profile contains non-Roman alphabet letters, emojis, or certain other characters, our address label printer may not have been able to process it. In that case, your name may be replaced with Airbnb Community Member. You can use this name and your address to look up your account. If you’d like to change your name, you can do so in your Airbnb profile and it will be updated on your address label in approximately 6-8 weeks.
