Let's learn to dance salsa and bachata together! Whether you are a couple, a group of friends, family, or even a solo traveler, you will have a lot of fun, while enjoying one of the best views of Las Palmas. At the end of the adventure, you will be able to follow the rhythm and dance your first steps in Cuban salsa and bachata. We are a group of local dancers that want to share the traditions of this kind of dance and music. The meeting point will be in a public and open area in front of the sea, in a suggestive place that will inspire you. Remember: humans are made to move their bodies with music: everyone can dance; the only thing that stops you is shame. That's why the experience will be lived in a funny and comfortable way. Technically, you will discover some tips that will allow you to dance like real salseros. You will learn the basic and advanced steps of salsa and bachata and you will learn how to coordinate it if you want to dance in couple or not. If your partner is someone who you live with then you can practice couple dance with him/her. Other things to note: In the case of rain, the experience can not be done. Collection from your location at 9AM. The first part of the tour will be dedicated to Gran Canaria’s magnificent viewpoints around central mountain areas, including Roque Nublo and Pico de las Nieves(1949m). And what better way to discover them than light hiking down trekking trails, leading up to the unique rock formations. You will enjoy what the great outdoors has to offer: fresh mountain air, vast landscapes and stillness, away from the bustle and hustle of the tourist areas. There will be opportunity to take a few great shots for your photo album. We break for lunch around 13:00 at a secret cave restaurant with stunning views over the arid canyons. You will get to taste traditional Canarian dishes prepared from locally grown produce. (Note: lunch cost is not included in the tour price). However this tour is fully customizable. If there are any specific places you want to visit it can be arranged. After lunch we head back to your accommodation. Other things to note If you are arriving by a cruise ship and only stay for the day, no worries. You will have enough time to enjoy our journey and get back in time. Una vez ya preparados saltaremos al agua para disfrutar de las olas, cálida y temperatura del agua de las Islas Canarias. Practicaremos la técnica y disfrutaremos de una sesión en las mejores condiciones de olas y que la sesión sea amena y segura para todos. Terminaremos con una sesión de estiramientos ya fuera del agua para relajar el cuerpo y vuelta a la calma. Habrá un sesión de fotos!! You will get very excited and impressed with this fun and interesting activity of practicing snorkelling at Las Canteras beach and be delighted by its seabed. Las Canteras is a beautiful beach in the middle of the city that every local people loves because of its "barra" (long rock along the beach that makes it unique) and the marine life where you can find octopus, sargos, pompanos, limpets, crabs, starfish and more. You will reach a maximum depth of 5 meters and be immersed under the water for almost one hour and one hour and a half. I will give you small boards/cards that will help you to identify faster the different sorts of fishes. You will also have all the necessary equipment at your disposal and we will guide you alongside all the time. Presentamos una cata basada en los quesos artesanos canarios en La Playa de Las Canteras, en pleno corazón de la ciudad de Las Palmas. Cataremos 10 quesos de las distintas islas, acompañados por una copa de cava y otra de vino tinto. Tenemos más de 45 referencias de quesos canarios y foráneos y una gran experiencia en comentar sus orígenes, sabores, elaboración y sensaciones. Los quesos canarios tienen un gran reconocimiento mundial y fama en el mundo culinario. Contamos con una presentación bien hilada que encadena los mejores quesos artesanos de la isla, junto con vinos y cavas que maridan a la perfección. La cata tiene lugar en una acogedora tienda gourmet, con un máximo de 8 plazas, siendo la experiencia privada y centrada en los catadores.

Tras reunirnos en el punto de encuentro, nos trasladarnos al lugar de comienzo, nos equiparemos con el material de seguridad necesario para vivir una experiencia de barranquismo en Gran Canaria, con total seguridad. Descenderemos por el cauce del agua, teniendo que caminar, destrepar, rapelar o saltar cuando lleguemos a cascadas. Todo esto en un precioso entorno, que no nos dejará indiferentes. La mejor forma de conocer los rincones de la isla, y de donde te llevarás impresionantes fotos, para que las compartas con tus amigos y familiares. Realizaremos 5 rápeles de entre 5 y 20 metros de altura. Luego descansaremos al término en la zona de picnic ( incluido ) y retornaremos por un sendero de ascenso de unos 45 min. Otros aspectos destacables No es necesario tener experiencia previa. Pero sí saber nadar y no tener vértigo.
