Lovely bedroom with double bed, large window allowing lots of natural light. You will have access to all the living areas in the house, warm cosy lounge, dining area & large kitchen. There is a bathroom with a large bath and shower alongside a single toilet - these facilities are not shared with the owners but may be used by other guests in the house. Outdoor sitting areas are plentiful & surrounded by many large established trees. We also have a friendly dog (GSPx born July 2020) called Tom.

Our home is set on the city boundary just 8 minutes from the City Centre, 5 minutes from Palmerston North Hospital, 15 minutes to Massey University and very well positioned for walking, tramping and biking tracks around the Manawatu . Our modern home is on 2.5 acres and surrounded by open countryside with great views to the windmills and just outside the apartment, we have a lovely Highland cow named Toffee who shares the paddock with some Wiltshire sheep, an interesting self shearing breed.

We also have a second lounge and garden at the front of the home that catches the last rays of sun before retiring for the night.
