The property forms an excellent starting point for beautiful walks and mountain tours. The cycle path runs directly in front of the house. There are also tennis courts, a forest bath and an indoor and outdoor swimming pool in the village. In the winter, you take the free ski bus to the Nassfeld region at 150 m away. The central location of the house ensures the proximity of numerous shops, cafés and restaurants, as well as pharmacies, tobacco shops, post offices and banks. In the living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a comfortable couch. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds. Bed linen and hand/tea towels are also available. Unser historisches Kärntner Bauernhaus in Alleinlage aus dem Jahr 1850 wurde liebevoll und mit Bedacht renoviert. Viele internationale Gäste haben hier bereits einen schönen Urlaub inmitten wunderbarer Natur verbracht und die alpine Gemütlichkeit vereint mit moderner Ausstattung genossen. 2019 wurde nun das Dachgeschoss und die ehemalige Mühle zur Penthousewohnung auf zwei Etagen im Chaletstil ausgebaut. Die sonnige Wohnung sowie der überdachte großzügige Freisitz bieten eine unverbaute Sicht.
