Downtown Maysville Row House - 1,600+ sq ft.Historic row house built circa 1830 by brothers who founded the Jacob Ploughing Factory. The whole house is 3500 sq ft and split into two private homes; one we live in and one is an AirBNB. The AirBNB is the entire 2nd floor of the house (1700 sq ft) and fully furnished. There is a private 2nd floor patio off the kitchen. Laundry in the basement. Guests are free to use the backyard. Sometimes our dogs are in the backyard but our dogs are never upstairs in the AirBNB. Two blocks from restaurants.
