Everything in the home is new and energy efficient. It has all the basic amenities for a comfortable short or long stay. Thoughtfully decorated with help from House of Nomad designers. Enjoy the entire private home with flexible self check-in. It has one parking space, and plenty of free street parking. Lockbox code will be provided upon reservation. We are travelers, and we hope to guide and give insightful information to our guests. We don't live on the premises, but we are close by. We are happy to provide local recommendations. Walk from this tranquil location to a wide choice of restaurants, together with breweries, galleries, and concert venues. NoDA Bodega is just steps away, and offers sandwiches and wine. Uptown, Plaza Midwood, and the aiport are also close by. 0.8 miles from 36th St Light Railway station (four stops away from city center) The duplex has an open floor plan, a private bedroom and a bathroom. In the living room, there is a futon couch that easily converts into a twin bed. Also, there is a TV with Amazon Fire TV Stick. A full kitchen with an island and stocked with standard pots and pans, cooking utensils, salt, pepper, olive oil etc. Coffee and tea provided. The bedroom is outfitted with a very comfortable queen bed, and a bathroom with both shower and bathtub. Personal care and cleaning supplies are also provided.
