Excellent starting point for trips in and outside the city. Basically a one room apartment, with private bathroom (shower) and basic cooking facilities. Located in a relatively quiet street with mostly enough (paid 9 a.m. - 11 p.m.) parking space. A 10 minute walk from Rotterdam CS public transport hub, concerthall De Doelen, Theater De Schouwburg and the Blijdorp ZOO. There is a roof terrace exclusively for our guests, with a 360° view of the city skyline.

This small, basic room is at the front of the house, with a view over the Maas. Adjoining sitting room, for breakfast or relaxing, with sitting area, a large table with four chairs, a bookcase, games and crockery. There is also a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and a small fridge. You can have breakfast nearby and there are supermarkets. Paid parking in the street at €23 per day. Ask for P+R parking spaces on the border of the city.
