Our charming 3 bedroom ranch is located in a safe, very quiet neighborhood 1.4 miles from Christiana Hospital and close to University of Delaware and tax free shopping at Christiana Mall. Delaware Park racetrack/casino is right down the street. There's a driveway for parking and we also have plenty of free on street parking. Our back deck has a beautiful view of a park, the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee!

This is a great room with a private view of the garden and forest. It is quiet and peaceful here. Convenient shopping/eating. Great places to walk/hike/exercise nearby. I have a binder of folders of local attractions.
NOTO BENE: for the month of October, work will be done on the 1st floor (Kitchen redo and solid oak floor installation) M-F 10-5. Therefore, only guests who would be out of home during those hours will be accepted. No kitchen use. Your rooms will not be affected.
