The room is spacious and clean with a private bathroom and large, private balcony with a bamboo pergola for. It has a breathtaking view of the sea and olive and pine trees. The house is situated on a hill overlooking the sea, close to the main port of Patitiri. It is about a 12 minute walk down, there is a short cut so you don't have to follow the main road, many guests who come rent a bike or a car for part of the time. It is very quiet, no sounds at night except from nature! You will love it!

The terrace has a large table with bench and chairs and can seat 8 people. It has a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a large bedroom with a double bed and 2 singles. Outside in there is another patio with a BBQ, pizza wood oven and an eating area under bamboo umbrellas and olive trees. Also a gas range so you can cook while your meat is grilling!!
