The toilet is separate to the rest of the main bathroom. There is a green backyard with an outdoor setting to enjoy a breath of fresh air or a glass of wine. The garage will be locked for storage, as are 2 bedrooms. I give my guests space but am available (in-person or over the phone) when needed throughout your stay. Adelaide’s city centre is 10 minutes away by car or 20 by bus. An easy 10-minute walk will reach Adelaide’s Linear Park, a cycling/walking track that winds its way from the Adelaide Hills through the city, then to the beach. 10mins by car/Uber or 20mins by bus to Adelaide’s city centre (It’s a 2 minute walk to bus stop 15 on Payneham Road). Nearby gyms include Goodlife Payneham, Anytime Fitness Campbelltown and the ARC Recreation Centre Campbelltown (where there is an indoor pool, gym and courts). While most shops close by 9pm on weekdays, IGA Campbelltown is open until midnight for the late night grocery run or other needs. If your family is coming to visit you during your stay, you can also upgrade to 2 bedrooms which sleeps up to 5 people. A light continental breakfast is supplied as well as laundry facilities, undercover parking as well as plenty of street parking. Guests have access to outdoor alfresco area with BBQ as well as the swimming pool. (Please note the kitchenette doesn’t have cooking facilities apart from what’s listed above). The loft is separate to the main house but we will always be available to answer any questions you may have. Explore an abundance of cafes, wine bars, and boutiques, all close to this quiet eastern neighbourhood. Adelaide CBD, Magill Road, and Norwood Parade are also nearby, while a short drive reaches the wineries and restaurants of the Adelaide Hills. Situated only 4 kilometres to the CBD you are close to all city events such as the Adelaide Fringe, Womad and Adelaide 500. The loft is a short 5 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you directly in to the CBD. You can walk to Magill Road and Norwood Parade within 10 minutes or if you're feeling energetic the CBD east end is approximately a 40 minute walk.
