-pisco sour ( classic peruvian cocktail with lime,syrup and eggwithes)
-passion fruit sour. ( Pisco sour versión made with fresh passion fruit juice).
- drink without alcohol make with peruvian fruits and honey.
-MAIN DISH,
-Lomo saltado ( beef tenderloin , onions, tomato, soy souce, oyster sauce and ,vinager with native potato fríes.) .
-Andean Ceviche ( trout, mango, avocado, lime juice, onions, celery, ginger, corn, and sweet potato).
You can choose your favorite cocktail and main dish, entrance dish is the same for everyone, the dishes are decided before classes start.
