South Philly Art Tour
There’s so much more to Philadelphia than American history - some of the most incredible public art is on display when you venture into South Philly! On this tour, you'll stroll the streets and alleys of the Bella Vista and Queen Village neighborhoods. Throughout this area, artists have (and continue to) make their mark with murals of all shapes, sizes, and themes, dazzling mosaics, and awesome 3D installations. You’ll notice the general creativity of the residents of these neighborhoods with brightly painted homes, eccentric and exciting stores and shops, and wild community gardens. Your guide will explain the history of each piece and how they blend together into a magical tapestry that drapes across the entire city. One of the main attractions on this tour is admission to the Philadelphia Magic Gardens - a trip into Wonderland. This incredible 3D art installation is the life's work of Isaiah Zagar - and where he still works regularly. Merging the profound with the ridiculous, the philosophical with the everyday, Zagar captures the imagination with his work - showing us how many men's trash can become our collective treasure. Once we arrive, you'll have as much time as you want to explore the space. When your official tour time is up, you're welcome to stay for longer, or venture out onto South Street for a different type of colorful experience.

Street Art Walking Tour
In Philly, there's a whole world of street art right under your nose. But it can feel like a museum with no interpretive plaques—that's why I created this experience! Join me on a 1.5-hour guided tour and immerse yourself in the history and traditions of this unique subculture. As we traverse the beautiful Queen Village neighborhood, you'll see murals, installations, wheatpastes, stickers, graffiti, and yarnbombs, and learn about the artists who created them. By definition, street art is ephemeral, so there's always an element of improvisation to my tours! But I know all the spots along our route where art tends to accumulate. If you want to see Philly in a completely new light, this experience is for you. The most common feedback I receive is "this totally changed how I look at the city." Just read my reviews! • Great for anyone who wants to learn about a unique facet of Philly. • Corporate teams love this easygoing and interesting group experience! • Total walking distance is approximately one mile. • Unfortunately, Philly sidewalks tend to be narrow and uneven, so this experience is not ideal for users of wheelchairs, walkers, canes, etc.
Sweet & colorful vintage/thrift quest
We'll start off our experience with something sweet for your tastebuds at a beloved Philly donut shop. Samples will be provided for guests to nosh on while we get to know one another and chat about what secondhand finds tickle their fancy. We will then be off and away to various secondhand establishments across the Queen Village neighborhood of Philadelphia. Guests are free to shop at their own pace but we'll be close by to jump in if they're in need of any styling advice along the way or assistance in the hunt for the perfect treasure they are looking for. During our secondhand excursion, we be taking a detour down an art-filled alley that's quintessentially Philly and an Instagrammer's dream spot for the perfect picture to document this experience. We end our journey with recommendations to some of our favorite spots close by to enjoy pretty cocktails and unique food options for guests to indulge in and keep the party going. Guests will also be provided with a colorful guide to additional secondhand shops and Marisa and Aimee's go to places for dining and drinks throughout the city. Other things to note: Face Masks Required Covid Safe protocools Let us know of dietary restrictions Public transportation to the Queen Village area is recommended. Street parking is available. We will be walking approximately 3 blocks, rain or shine, so come prepared.
