The appartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with a nice sea view and a garden. For our guests it is available free parking just in front of the appartment. The distance to the beach San Simon is aprox 1km (7min of walking) and the distance to the city center of Izola arround 1,2km (10min) of walking. In the range of 5min walk you have a bus station, post office, supermarket, bar, restaurants etc.

Our brand new, groundfloor apartment "Viletta Maria" is located in a family villa by the sea, near San Simon beach in Izola. Excellent location, pleasant garden with Mediterranean vegetation, cozy apartment and our desire to feel at home with us.
