Το σπιτι έχει επίσης και μια πολυ όμορφη μικρή αυλή. Έχει τρεις ορόφους με τον τελευταίο να ειναι σοφίτα. Το ισόγειο έχει κουζίνα και τουαλέτα . Ο δεύτερος που ειναι και το μπαλκόνι δυο καναπέδες κρεβάτια. Ο τρίτος ένα διπλό κρεβάτι.
